VENUS Shipping's first vessel was purchased in Germany and changed to Danish flag of master Sigvard Kristensen in 1937.

After some years of permanent service between Brick Manufactories in Gråsten Nord and Copenhagen, the sailing with bricks stopped..

After World War 2 - and the Danish Steel Factory in Frederiksværk became a reality, VENUS Shipping started sailing for the Steel factory, with 1 ship.
When the Steel Factory  closed down under Danish ownership 2002 VENUS Shipping had 3 ships sailing for the Steel FactoryVENUS Shipping continued sailing with the three ships under the new owners.

In 2003 initiated contact with Julius Mortensen Shipping in Fredericia, later named Shipping.dk.

One of VENUS Shipping's ships was employed in Charter for Julius Mortensen Shipping under the project market, and was sailing mainly in the Mediterranean.
During 2003 - 2004, the remaining two ships operating for the Steel Factory sold. 
New ships were purchased for the project market and they were employed in Charter of Shipping.dk.

Today VENUS Shipping have 4 ships all sailing in the project market.

In 2012, accessed the 3 Norwegian ships in Management in VENUS Shipping.
